The Women of Impact™ Fellowship is a transformative global program designed for women who are ready to transcend their current leadership roles and step into their future as bold, impactful leaders. Delivered by the Centre for Change and Leadership Canada (CCL Canada) — an ISO, SCC, and IAF-accredited organization — this fellowship equips women with the tools, networks, and mentorship to lead change that matters.

Are professionals with 3–5+ years of experience across diverse industries.

Program Structure
Format: 8-week virtual fellowship
Schedule: Sundays, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Group Size: Limited to 15–20 women per cohort for deep engagement
Delivery: Weekly leadership sessions, peer learning circles, and one-on-one executive coaching
