The Women of Impact™ Fellowship is a transformative leadership program designed by CCL Canada to empower women worldwide to create meaningful change in their organizations and communities. This applied fellowship goes beyond theory — equipping participants with tools, networks, and mentorship to drive real impact.

A Leadership Journey That Transforms

The Women of Impact™ Fellowship accelerates leadership development through a structured 8-week journey, combining live interactive sessions, peer learning, executive coaching, and a real-world Action Learning Capstone Project. Each cohort is intentionally kept small to ensure deep engagement and personalized support.

This isn’t just another leadership course. It’s an intensive, applied program where you’ll solve real challenges, build lasting relationships with peers across sectors, and develop the strategic mindset needed to navigate complex organizational dynamics. You’ll emerge with concrete tools, a powerful network, and the confidence to lead transformational change.
