It is an 8 week virtual leadership program built by CCL Canada. The program helps women build the mindset, skills, and confidence to lead in today’s AI driven world. You get coaching, mentoring, AI labs, peer learning, and a real world capstone project.
This program fits emerging leaders, mid level managers, senior executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, HR leaders, project managers, and women preparing for executive or board roles. If you want to lead with purpose and create lasting impact, this fellowship is for you.
All sessions are live and virtual. The program runs for 8 weeks on Sundays, with each session lasting 2 hours. You also get weekly 30 to 45 minute hands on AI leadership labs built for leaders, not programmers.
Graduates earn the Certified Women of Impact Fellow (CWIF) credential. This is an internationally recognized designation in executive leadership. You must meet 80% attendance, complete all activities, participate in coaching and mentoring, finish your capstone project, and pass a 40 question exam.
