Impartiality Policy
Centre for Change and Leadership Canada Inc. recognizes impartiality and objectivity as fundamental to its work as a certification provider. Our top management intends to commitment to impartiality in certification activities. It has numerous safeguards in place to manage conflicts of interest and ensure objectivity; these are documented in our Impartiality Safeguarding and Certification Scheme, which is subject to continuous review and improvement.
Centre for Change and Leadership Canada Inc. is responsible for the impartiality of its certification activities and will not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality. Our staff are committed to analyze the documents and eliminate or minimize the potential conflict of interests arising from its certification activities.
Centre for Change and Leadership Canada Inc. is a young and dynamic organization that offers and aims to offer different services. We therefore conduct an annual review of impartiality risks to inform strategic decisions. The inputs to this annual review come from the following activities that are conducted throughout the year:

● Complaints Received
Centre for Change and Leadership Canada Inc. have established controls that operate to identify the specific impartiality risk of undertaking each assignment, this ensures that we do not provide services against our examination and assessment process. Where impartiality risks are identified from offering an additional service to an existing client, they are either managed appropriately or the service is refused.
Centre for Change and Leadership Canada Inc. have also established controls that operate at the individual level, based on the principle that all staff must abide by this public commitment to be impartial and objective. All new staff and contractors are assessed for impartiality risks and are contractually bound to engage in a professional, objective and ethical manner consistent with this commitment. Whenever teams are chosen for an assignment, the individuals are screened for conflicts of interest and their names are transparently declared to clients, allowing them to identify any potential conflict of interest.
This statement of impartiality is publicly accessible without request on our website along with other policies. Centre for Change and Leadership Canada Inc. does not restrict certifications on the grounds of undue financial or other limiting conditions, such as membership of an association or group nor use our procedures to unfairly impede or inhibit access by applicants and candidates.
Suspension, Withdrawal, Or Reduction Of Scope Of CCMPR
- Purpose and Scope
This policy outlines the procedures and subsequent actions taken by CCL Canada, the certification body for the Change Management Practitioner Certification in the event of suspension, withdrawal, or reduction of the scope of certification.
- Grounds for Suspension, Withdrawal, or Reduction of Scope
The certification body may take such actions under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Code of Conduct
- Non-Compliance with Scheme Requirements
- Failure to Fulfil/maintain the Competence (PDU) Requirements
- Revelation of forged or fake documents to proof of eligibility
- Notification and Investigation Process
- Notification: The certified practitioner will be formally notified of the grounds for suspension, withdrawal, or reduction of scope.
- Investigation: A thorough investigation will be conducted by the Grievance/Complaints committee to assess the validity of the grounds and gather relevant evidence.
- Actions Subsequent to Decision
- Suspension: If the decision is to suspend the certification, the certified practitioner’s certification will be temporarily revoked.
- Withdrawal: If the decision is to withdraw the certification, the certified practitioner’s certification will be permanently revoked.
- Reduction of Scope: NA
- Appeal Process
- Right to Appeal: The certified practitioner has the right to appeal the decision within 15 days of the communication of the decision.
- Appeals Committee: An independent appellatecommittee do the review on the decision based on the supporting evidence.
- Final Decision: The decision of the appellate committee will be considered final.
- Reassessment and Reinstatement
- Reassessment: Individuals undergoing suspension shall be required to address the reason of suspension in line with the recommendations of the grievance/complains committee. The reassessment for reinstatement will be conducted by the committee.
- Reinstatement: Reinstatement of certification is contingent upon the certified practitioner meeting criteriain light of the assessment conducted by the grievance/complaints committee.
- Communication
- Communication: An immediate communication will be ensured to inform the person, quality assurance, record keeper of the suspension, or withdrawal.
- Review and Continuous Improvement
This policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Any necessary updates will be made to address changing circumstances.
Commitment From Employees And CCMPRs
- The employees and the certified changed management practitioner shall
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in their interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. This includes demonstrating respect, integrity, impartiality and confidentiality in all Practitioner relationships.
- Be aware and mitigate any conflicts of interest, maintain transparency, and act in the best interests of their clients and organizations.
- Prioritize the needs and objectives of their clients.
- Maintain clear, open, and honest communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Operate within the bounds of all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect and safeguard the confidentiality of client data and proprietary information.
Uphold all requirements as mandated by the CCL Canada.
